One-X Agent Central Management - IP_SUPV

Hi,
I face an issue where the supervisor license is not being used when a supervisor is assigned this license type to use. Instead it uses IP_agent license.
I have 10 IP_SUPV R9 licenses.
So how do i enable use of the IP_SUPV license?
any help or advise is appreciated.

Are you checking off the supervisor on the details tab of the user's profile or Agent?
