Monitoring DS1FD stations
I have a customer who has 60 stations (DS1FD) used by their recording device. Last week the customers recordings were blank, and when she checked she found channels 40 to 53 were showing up as disconnected. We got them back into service with a busy and release.
Now the customer wants an alarm sent to her if just one of these 60 DS1FD stations show up as disconnected.
I have searched but unable to find anything on sending an alarm when a channel go out of service, any suggestions?
