    AACC - Point of Reference

When the AACC Software is installed.

    1. There should not be any errors during installation. The installatin finished screen should be all green checks.

    2. If you have a valid license file then in a SIP CC all of your services should start on all CC components. If you have an AML CC then all of your services should except for maybe ASM, TFE, and VSM. These depend upon the CS1K.

    3. You should be able to launch IE and at least login to CCMA and create the CCMS configuration component.

If you have an error during any of the 3 items then something is terribly wrong. Generally there is something wrong with the server on which you are installing AACC.

Keep these points in mind. We sometimes spend too much time trying to fix an installation that didn't go smooth as indicated above. The reality is that these three items should be reachable 100% of the time. I have yet to come across needing something that had to do with the AACC software to reach the 3 goals. It was always something with the server/OS being used.
