    Quality Monitoring

    Hi,
    I install the Quality Monitoring and I have see for the connection between the CSCM and the Quality Monitoring I need the eQuality Connect.
    And for the Connection between the EQuality Connect and the Quality Monitoring I must to install the BAPI.

    My problem is for install the BAPI. If I clic on the bapi.exe I have an error message say he miss the "monitornig.dll"


    If someone can help me tell me.

    Hi,

    I'm not sure why you have to install BAPI, and what exactly youj are referring to. However, If you mean a TSAPI client, then if you are using eQconnect (which is compliance mode), you will not need a TSAPI client on the QM since it gets events from the CSCM over the eQconnect link.

    Please clarfy which documentation you are following. I've attached the istall guide for QM 7.8.
