On our PC 4.2.1, just one list seems to be redialling RPC and closed records. One customer in particular was excluded but redialled the next day. This is happening for many of the records, but only on this job. Checked selections and strategies, anything else I should be looking at?

Hi Ewan,
Kindly check if you have included RPC and closed record code's in the latelist/latemark. Say you call on a list today and a record is marked as RPC and closed record. Now next day again that record comes in the list, if these codes are not included in the latelist/latemark then that record will be left blank and the codes will not be carried forward, so would be callable.
Hence kindly check if you have included these codes in the latelist/latemark section.

You mentioned that this is occuring only for one campaign - Are there any other campaigns also based on this calling list for which this is NOT happening? Also, are recalls active on this list?
My first thought (if indeed this is job-specific) would be the 'results' tab in the selection. Depending how/what data makes it to your calling list, this tab determines if those records that were previously dialed and given one of your completion codes will make it to the call selection.
