AACC missing historical data

    AACC missing historical data

    AACC 6.1 sp 3 had an issue with logging historical data, found that the HDM service was logging fatal errors although the service appeared to be running. We reset the HDM service and Historical Data has resumed.
    Is there a way to gather the missing historical data,..possibly from a buffer file, and restore it to the historical data record?

      Possible fix

      D:\Avaya\Contact Center\Manager Server\iccm\data\sdm\stats\error

      Sometimes this location has reports, but not always. If they are there, copy them to
      D:\Avaya\Contact Center\Manager Server\iccm\data\sdm\stats\data

      Restart CCMS HDM_Service

      Give it a few minutes to start, but you should begin to see the files copied over being removed as they are inserted into the database.

      There are (so I here) designer patches for SP 8 for this issue. The patches appear to also be in SP 9.

        HDM issues

        We have been having the same issue. We have been told that there are issues with HDM Releases prior to AACC 6.4 SP15. This SP has a lot of patches in it and we are planning to do the upgrade from 6.4 SP 12 next week.

          We have a similar issue on SP15 where the HDM service stops about 3 times a day and fails to automatically restart (it restarts ok if we do it manually in SCMU). Issue is presently with Avaya design team - a symptom of our problem is that 'Daily' historical stats are not updated unless Avaya connect to the system and do a database consolidation...
