BCMS \splsh256.bmp error

Client having issues with BCMS Vu server locking up with the following error message on the error log. Any thoughts.

For file:\splsh256.bmp: Unknown file => file exception

If this is Client getting this error message then the first thing that needs to be checked is the users permissions. They need to be a Power User on their pc and registered on the server.
