Access and Partition Management AACC

Hi everybody,

I have a simple question that i couldn't answer reading the docs, so it would be great if you can help me with it.

I know that in CCMA i can create Defined Partitions, diferent access class and Report groups, and diferent users. My question is:

¿Can I have a AACC Multicompany and Multisite? I mean a hierarchical structure with, for example, 3 companies that can't see each other (Company A can't see reports, agents supervisors etc.. of Company B and Company C and so on) and each company has several sites with same behaviour (site 1 of company A can't see nothing of site 2 of company A)

You just make it simple, no need to think about hierarchy.
Create partition like: Company A_Dep 1, Company A_Dep 2, Company B_Dep 1, Company B_Dep 2, ...
When you assign suitable agent, sup, ... to such partition, you have what you want. You can assign 1 sup or agent to multiple partitions.

Thanks for your reply hnguyenngocb. As I've understood, I have to make as many partitions as Sites that need different reports.

Could you clarify me if i have to use Access Class and Report Groups?

Yes, you have to work with Access Class also. Just define a common template for Admin, Supervisor, Manager, ... This can be applied to users in all companies and sites.
Report groups should be used to store private reports, so that users just choose and run, no need to use standard ones and change many fields.
