I have a customer with an S8700 2.2 and a BCMS Vu server. When he tries to look at historical data he gets these errors:
ERROR CODE: 8101: UNABLE TO LOCK HISTORICAL DATABASE
8509: HISTORICAL DATABASE NOT AVAILABLE VIA THE SHARED
8510: CONFIGURATION FILES ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE VIA THE SHARED
He has rebooted the Vu server but still gets the same errors. Anyone familiar with this? Thanks!
