IC Chat not support IE8

Hi,
i have installed IC version 7.2.4 with WebChat ACD feature, when i test case for this feature on IE8, i found an error "This content cannot be displayed in a frame" but i tested on IE6, 7, it works fine.
Please found screen capture and help me.

IE 8 website issue when used with IC 724 Chat

Hi,

This issue has been observed when using IE 8. This is an issue with XFrame header. There is a fix for this. This fix addresses the issue "Unable to open chat and admin pages on the website on IE8".

Since this is a Hotfix provided by Avaya, as per our process, the customer needs to acknowledge the pre-release document for this hotfix.

I would suggest you to open a case with Avaya IC Support Team. They will be able to provide you with the pre-release form. Upon acknowledging this, you will be provided with the hotfix.

You can mention the below fix details in your case.
