New Help with CMS supervisor 16.3

Hi, I'm installing CMS supervisor 16.3 buld KD12. I'm installing on a windows 2008R2 x64 server.. it seems to install fine, I run the app, and then if I select New on the Options screen under the CMS servers tab, it brings up the Server properties windows, but then shows (Not Responding) and I have to end task to close CMS.

I'm logging in as a Administrator, so rights is not a issue. Please tell me there a way to fix this!!!!!!!!

I am also having this same problem on a Windows 7 64 bit workstation.

Ok, I found the problem with the windows 7 box, the Telephony service was disabled... I turned it on and the problem went away... But the 2008R2 server that had the same problem, the server was enabled... so still don't know why it's not working...
