WFO Witness Contact Roecrding v10.1 send Email

i have witness v 10.1 (contact record) (WorkForce Optimization)
i try to make it send me the events by Email but i fail
please help

can you post the settings you did of the notification area, otherwise...the SMTP Mail 'from address' and the SMTP Mail sever should have the same format of the parameter i.e if you use IP address/names should be same format.
