We are about to upgrade one of our customer from a standalone R14 CMS to CMS Dual R16.3 (with the Avaya provided ASCII converter for ECHI).
There're 2 points I need help with:
- Does one of you have a sample R16.3 Ascii Ech file ? I'd like to test the new format on the SQL server that will receive those files.
- As there will be 2 CMS instead of only 1 so far sending Ech files, is there a risk that both CMS pick up the very same naming for the echxxxx.xxx files ? Should we plan to have the CMS send the files to 2 directories, or is it ok if they share the same one ?
