IQ Data Export Service License Error

Hi,

When trying to use the IQ Data export service I get the following error - "DATAEXPORTERROR00021 Do not have the right license".

Both the "CCR Real Time Data Export" and the "CCR Historical Data Export" Licensed Features are showing as on.

Any ideas what the issue may be?

This may happen if the tomcat service is not responding to license request. Please restart the admin tomcat container and retry. If the issue still remains raise an SR IQ support.
