AACC Email attachment association

I posted the thread originally in DevConnect but was told that get asssistance here.

At AACC, we find that all inbound email attachments will be stored to F:\Avaya\Contact Center\Email Attachments\Inbound by default. However, we cannot find a rule to associate the attachment filename with the actual email contact ID.

Is there a recommended method for extracting email body and attachments for inclusion in a customer CRM, for example Oracle? I have a requirement to deliver this within the next month or so.

Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted.
