    ADD for AACC 6.2

    I am looking for some compatability information for ADD please.
    My current envirionment is CC6 with ADD version 6.
    We will be migrating shortly to AACC 6.2 and currently have 9 CCMS sites. We will have only 1 CCMA for all 9 sites.
    When would be an appropriate time to upgrade the ADD??
    Would we do this when we upgrade the CCMA or when we upgrade the CCMS??
    The CCMA will be upgraded first, a week before we upgrade the first CCMS, so this will be a mixed environment for approximately 9 weeks.
    Please note I am looking for information for Agent Desktop Display NOT Avaya Aura Agent Desktop.

    Hi,

    As far as I know, ADD means Agent desktop display for Real time reporting and when you upgrade CCMA and login to the CCMA client -. RTR-> ADD -> it will automatically ask for the updating the ADD.

    But for more clear understanding and procedures as per the site configuration please open up a SR with Avaya and particular engineer may guide on this to you.
