    Beep on Record Delivery to Agent

    I am using PCS 4.1.2 in a two-dialer pod. We use a combination of Agent API and PCS Agent for client.

    I have just added a new outbound only group onto the dialer, and I am experiencing an issue where the agents in the group, using PCS Agent, are not hearing the beep in ear when a record is delivered. This is not an issue I have on this dialer for other agents, using either the API or the PCS Agent. And it is not an issue on the second dialer either.

    The only difference that jumps out at me between this new group and the groups that do get the beep is that the new group is using the 4600 series IP phone and the existing groups are using the 9600 series IP phone.

    Is there a PBX or phone setting for the 4600 series that can be set to allow the agents to hear the beep, or do I need to look in a different direction? Thanks.

    It looks like the 4600 series does not allow this functionality without the use of a headset adaptor.
