I'm completely new to Avaya and telecommunications in general. I am using ASA 1.X application.
The issue is that our ability to send a message over the PA has simply stopped working. We've rebooted the server without any luck. There isn't really anything else we know to do.
The beeps come through the phone, but there is no audio to any of the speakers.
What more information would be helpful? Thanks!
