AVAYA PDS 4.0 to see "Recalls" in PDS Supervisor Program

Hello,
is it possible to see recalls in PDS supervisor monitor screens (Not in unix screens).?
Our team leaders uses PDS supervisor program.They can see Phone calls left below Job Details menu but they cannot see the recalls.
I can see this in unix window but they do not use these screen , they use PDS Supervisor programs.

I checked the source of Recalls information which is reflecting in the Jobmon(CUI) and found it is coming from Dialer database, Hence moving further we need to verify is there any way to incorporate this information on GUI(Moniter). But for this development/R&D assistance is required, I would like to suggest you to open a case with Avaya-PDS backbone, so that they will verify the exact possibilities on that
