    Installation of AACC 6.2 SP4 with CS1K on AML, Services Problem when switchover

    i have a problem when i do the switchover from ccms active server to ccms standby server. when i restart the server for active server System control and monitor utility(SCMU) checked all the services all started. the problem is occur are when do the switchover, SCMU checked ASM_service,TFE_service and VSM_service are starting.i wait for 30min also unable to start the service. in the same time, i go to services.msc check that 3 service are state as started. this all are very weird. the status for pabx are as below when this 3 service are not started.hope you all can be help me on this problem.

    Looks like your standby does not find the CS1k.
    You should check IP-Adress Configuration, C-LAN/E-LAN connectivity or Host entry for the switch.

      sorry for the late reply, i have been check the CLAN/ELAN connectivity are working fine. some more i trying ping to CS1k is working fine.just switchover using high availability got problem only. after i do the restart server,all the services are working fine. Did the cs1k version make the problem? currently our cs1k version is 4.5 .

        Hot Standby is on CS1K AML 6.0 and above. Anything prior will be Warm Standby. After switchover a restart of the now Active CCMS will be required. Also note that if you can restart your now Active CCMS after a switchover and all the services come up then your configuration of the server is good. Secondly the AACC should be updated to the latest GA lineup as many fixes for HA have been implemented. This will not fix your issues. Your issue is PBX version related. As it sounds now your system is operating as designed. Review the Fundamentals and P and E guide as they will discuss the versions of PBX release required for the 3 the HA modes.
