    Unable to create CCT agent

    Hi on AACC 6.2 SP5, I cannot add a cct agent to Contact Center Management. The error "Error retrieving Active Directory users" appears.
    Firewall has been disabled. Any idea why is this happening?

    Most likely your user credentials are incorrect or do not have permission to browse AD objects.

      Hi stphnwd, thanks for your reply.

      Actually I managed to add CCT agent with same credential.
      But I realised that after passing a certain amount of time (1-2 days) and without making any changes neither to AACC server nor to domain, I cannot add CCT user again.

      On the system event viewer I can see the following warning conserning Symposium service:

      "The security of this directory server can be significantly enhanced by configuring the server to reject SASL (Negotiate, Kerberos, NTLM, or Digest) LDAP binds that do not request signing (integrity verification) and LDAP simple binds that are performed on a cleartext (non-SSL/TLS-encrypted) connection. Even if no clients are using such binds, configuring the server to reject them will improve the security of this server"

      Has anyone faced this behaviour before?
