The one touch video use the one-x c or one-x agent for agent client.
who can tell me the one-x or one-a register as h323 or SIP ?

Hi
One-x C has both SIP and H323 mode.
One-x Agent has only h323 mode.
If its SIP most of the time we need SM to register the phones.

Can you be more specific regarding the query on one touch video.

One-X Communicator can register in both H.323 and SIP and has video working in both modes in specific environments.

Ans. Agent Client is only on 1X Agent & not on 1XC.

Ans. It registers as H.323.

OTV works both on 1XA (H.323 Mode) & 1XC (H.323/SIP) mode.
