Unable to deactivate Secondary Script - AACC 6.2

Hi
I had some primary scripts referenced by the master script. I removed all references in the master script, activated the master script, but I cannot deactivate the now secondary script.
The problem is that we cannot reboot CCMS because it is 7x24h callcenter.
Any ideas how to remove the scripts?
