    IP Office Compact Contact Center

    The Group List in CCC is not displaying the Total Lost calls from all groups in the list. It is displaying total lost calls if you look in the DN activity. Has anyone experinced this before and what was your remedy. I have already updated to the last available release and I still have the problem.

    I have tried to find out similar references on the AVAYA internal site but not able to get any.

    This looks like a bug but as you would be aware that since 2009 there is not engineering support for CCC application.
