I have a customer using Witness Impact 360 R7.7 compliance on an ACM 5.2. They need to transfer agent calls occasionally via trunk-trunk xfr to a non Avaya teleservices outsourcer. Is there a way to record the call leg following the transfer via an ACM trunk monitoring feature and a VDN transfer method? The customer has not been able to get this to work so far. They are upgrading to R11 soon, but need this feature now.
