Hi Everyone..
I have a call flow where we have call coming to CM on pri trunk ,then from there the trunk directed number i.e 11111 using udp and ars to SM through sip trunk.SM has route the call to AACC.
We have seen the trace in AACC call by call report where the calling number is showing but when the call reaches the Desk phone we get the 11111 number which is the CDN defined.
The agent gets a popup with the calling number but on 9608 phone display we get CDN number.
Can anyone suggest is there any configuration we need to do in CM or AACC to show calling number on phone display instead of CDN number
