Agent Desktop Wallboard 4.0 is a Avaya Professional Services provided software package that installed on agents PCs let them to have access to some near real time statistics retrieved from the CMS through custom reports.
You can think of it as a PC based wallboard.
However, after review all the available documentation on Avaya website i have the following questions:
- Does it support localization in the graphical user interface (in my case, i'm interested in the Spanish language)?
- Can it display real time data about different skills/splits at the same time (the screenshots in the doc seem limited to a single skill)?
Hoping somebody out here can answer these.
