AACC 6.2 HA : rebuild standby server but cannot update info in server config

AACC 6.2 SP5 RU1,2,3 : HA in AML.
The active server crashed (server A). It is a lab system...
Switch manual on standby to define it as new active (server B).
Re-install the server A with same config and patches level. Goal is to define A as standby.
Shutdown B.
Backup B (DB CCMS and ADMIN) and restore on A (DB CCMS and after ADMIN, I don't try ADMIN first then CCMS)
Run server setup config on A to change the CLAN and ELAN IP : not possible to modify, remain in gray.The manage IP info are present, wrong.
In HA utility, the IP for active, standby and manage are ok.
Restart of the server does not change.

What can be wrong ?

So server A was active and then crashed?
Was automatic switchovers enabled?
Is server B now active and fully up and able to process contacts?

Not sure what you me here:
