CMS not compatible(?)

Trying to run CMS Supervisor 16.3 on a Windows 7 PC (32-bit). Keep getting the following error message though...

If it matters running Java 7 Update 7.

Does anyone know what's causing this error message?

This seems like a version mismatch set on Supervisor...What version of CMS is installed and what version is specified on your supervisor connection

though cms supervisors having backward compatibility but issue seems with Mismatch with version.
1st You need to upgrade to your CMS supervisor according to CMS version you have.
By the way which CMS version and Supervisor version you are using.

Hi,

If you are using supervisor first time, it seems server version is selected wrong in supervisor.

Please verify server version here:
connect -> CMS Servers -> Properties

There you need to select correct CMS version.
