    CCMM login failed, could not login Agent: xxxx to CCMS

    Hallo,

    I have an installation with a AACC 6.2 with Offsite Agent feature and Multimedia, both type of Agents I cannot login using the Agent Dekstop (CCAD). As soon as I activate Multimedia or the offsite Agent feature I get "CCMM login failed, could not login Agent: xxxx to CCMS", where xxxx = Agents ID.

    Voice Only Agents can login using the CCAD. I have checked several logs and I found something strange, it is refusing the open queue licenses, I am not sure if this is related, any idea?

    Here an extract out of the log file;

    AgentSessionAgentTerminalProperty[agentEverLoggedIn=false, adminUserId=3167CC20-4441DE43-96F33ABA-4CC0E979, loginEnded=false, refusedLicence=OpenQ, licenceGranted=false, ].

    Your License Manager is not granting license, ensure that your active server has all services enabled by goign to start->run->scmu

      lm_server.log please?

      I bet you don’t have the LM_OQ* license in your LIC file.
