AACC Email SSL

I'm configuring SSL for POP3 and SMTP between AACC and MS Exchange Mail Server.
I followed the documentation "AACC server administration" -"Enabling SSL on the Email Manager".
But it doesn't work.

Exchange works fine, i have test it with Mozilla thunderbird client in SSL.


Of course i
- configured Exchange server,
- installed certificate on AACC server (keytool)
- update the mailservices.properties file ...

Someone has an idea?

Did you ever get a fix for this?

I'm facing the same issue, it appears that despite configuring CCMM to use POP3 with TLS enabled, CCMM tries to authenticate the mailbox with Exchange using plain text - and Exchange correctly rejects the request.... this will be a bit of a show-stopper for us!
