Is there a way to set audible (buzz) hold time reminders for calls that have been put on hold in a call center? Only ACD calls put on hold? and not regular callers?
What I am attempting to achieve is remind ONLY agents that they have a caller on hold either on their back line or the ACD line. Only thing found is under System Parameters however I only want to impact ACD agents which are setup on a different COR and not impact regular phone users.
