Siebel 8.1 Integration with Avaya Aura Contact Center
I have been reading around on this and i am only getting third party softwares. Is there any way i can connect AACC 6.0 to Siebel without purchasing a third party application ?

Hi, magbotta! I'm afraid the best way to connect AACC to Siebel is by using a third party software. We were also looking a while before, but found nothing. So we decided to try out a software called Tenfold. It's been working out great. My team loves the features they offer like gamification and click to dial.
