where is performdeletion.sql file that CCR documentation mentions?

hello,
this weekend I tried to upgrade CCR to the latest version but ran into a problem of the calls database being too full, and according to the 1.2 CCR install doc I had the option of using a PeformDeletion.sql file to manually purge the oldest call records from the database but the file’s did not come with any of the setup file archives I have (I have the older 1.2 and the 1.1 setup file archives and there is a Tools folder with 1.1 but there’s no PerformDeletion.sql file found there, only some other non .sql files)
Does anyone reading these forums have the PerformDeletion.sql?
And then once I have it, how do I run it?

You're certainly not wrong. I've bookmarked your thread and will inquire with the CCR team as to why it is not present and, if not an error, what the alternate options are.

The manual you're reading is one I wrote, so rest assured I don't like being wrong and will track down what changed.

The .sql did exist (I have a copy of it) but I would be very wary of using it in case its removal implied some change that invalidated its use.

The good news is that MS-SQL 2008 Express Edition is supported with CCR 1.2 and the database limit on that is now 8GB, so you could go that route and not need to lose any data. You would have to change the limit in the CCR Admin settings to match. Microsoft support a range of upgrade fmethods but as always the rule is backup first.

Giving the developers a reminder bump today they admitted that the .sql file should still be part of the Customer Call Reporter CD builds and that they are investigating why it is not being picked up during the build process.

The file is not release specific so if you can find one of the older Customer Call Reporter builds that did include it you can use the file. Otherwise I have sent you a private email through this forum.

I have all versions and none of them is included with the .sql file.
Or should it only show up after the install?

If you log into knowledge base via internet the file is within ccr installation maintenance/upgrading! however if you are running documentation locally this file is not available! It sounds any easy process to delete thes files has anyone managed it?
