CMS Supervisor 16.2 - Error 430

Hello-
I have a user that has been using CMS Supervisor for quite some time with no issues, but has recently been receiving this error after entering his password: "The operation could not be completed. Error: 430 - -- Location: Main_DoAction" CMS Supervisor has been reinstalled, and he can enter his password and successfully launch the application on a coworker's machine.

Does anyone know what this error code means and what the fix might be? Thanks in advance.

I was unable to resolve the issue so I rebuilt the machine. I remember finding a script to reset the registry values to the default settings but that did not help.

After rebuilding the machine the error message did not return.
