Proactive Contact 5.0 setup - fail

Dear all,
I'm installing PC 5.0. I have an issue.
I install OS by Avaya Proactive Contact Linux ES Bootable (I downloaded this file from support.avaya.com. I checked md5 and i sure that this file is correct.)
But when i setup (both RHEL and Core service). There is an error and i can't continue:
This is the error:

error: open of /root2/var/disk/software/Core/rpms/sahpi-01.01B.2-AV2.i386.rpm failed: No such file or directory
"
Pls help me for this issue.

at the beginning of configuration, try to change server type that asks you.
