    POM Campign calls disconnecting in the middle of call session

    Hi

    I have installed the POM Rel 2.5 on AAEP Rel 6.0.

    On POM I have created a simple Application to play the announcement to customer after the call gets connected.

    Results:

    Calls are connecting to customer but call disconnect in 2 sec when announcement just started.

    Where as if I make the call by EPM Outcall application the call successfully connected and full announcement played.

    I would be thankful if someone can help me out.
