Hi Everyone,
My AES server is now fully functional and all tests pass. See this post - http://support.avaya.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2595
Now I can't get the Communicator Client to connect to AES. I have configured it per the Avaya doc's and have it set to RCC mode (not enterprise voice).
The Communicator log file shows the following -
ms-diagnostics: 1003;reason="User does not exist";source="FQDN of OCS Server";TargetUri="aes@FQDN of AES Server"
The user (my account) does have access as I use my account for the tests in AES.
Any idea what is failing? Any idea on other log files I can look at?
