Hello, we are trying to make a call from PBX 1 to PBX 2 using SIP trunks. When the call arrives at PBX 2, we perform an Adjunct to Interaction Center, and run a workflow. Using the SIP trunks we are not getting the orig and ANI fields in the TS.IncomingCall event. If we revert back to IP trunks, we do get the station number in the orig and ANI. We are utilizing the pub unknown table to populate the ANI and orig fields. Anybody have any thoughts?
