Cant delete callpilot messages in outlook

Hello,


We use the CallPilot program so we get our voicemail messages delivered to our Outlook 2010 inbox

For one user.....I just updated her database client software (FileMaker) now she cannot delete any of these callpilot voicemail messages from her inbox she get the following dialog box

The message had either been deleted already or moved or access is denied


but she can right click and remove the attchament and things like that .....I would guess this proved she is permitted to edit the message....she just cant delete them.......

I dont see how updating her DB clinet would have any affect on any aspect of Outlook

althoug the update installs its own specific verison of a utiliy program called BONJOUR

I dont know if Call Pilot uses this utiliy also ?

Problem with third part application and desktop messaging.

Sounds like your third pary software is conflicting with callpilot desktop messaging software. Best option would be remove the application and get with your IT group to find out why third party soft ware is causing issue with callpilot desktop messaging.
