AACC 6.3 licensing

Hi,

Has anybody installed the new type .xml files on anAACC 6.3 solution and how did you go about. We have an HA solution, SIP integration to an Avaya RED solution.with two core servers and to MAS servers.

If yes where were the licenses installed. I know it should be a WebLM?

We had a weblm license for the lab, I just put it in D:\ then browsed for it with LM config, but had to reboot the server for it to take effect.

Paul is correct just browse to it. You will be prompted to restart the Tomcat service as part of the process.

In the past however HA with separate MAS required Avaya to manually produce PLICD licenses for me and there is a license request email address for this. I am not sure if this is still required or not.
