I am trying to create a CMS report that pulls total talk time for a user. They want a total time for all incoming calls and outgoing calls per user. I have used the report designer but this pulls no data when the report is run. How can I create a Talk time reports in CMS

Use the custom report wizard, select historical and agent and no pre-selection , now you can use the items on the database. Alternative to this is to use a custom calculation in CMS to add up all the talk time items ( CMS calculations reside under the dictionary)
