We are facing an issue with an agent login. Agent could not log into the APC while he/she is logged on the phone with his agent Id. This was working before, but suddenly not.
problem is :

Does anyone had same issue ?
APC is CTI with Avaya CM. There is no blending setup.Agents are using managed jobs now.
