Good Day All,
Have successfully added IM/Presence to AAAD 6.3 SP9 agents.
Need to ensure that MS Lync is not running when using AAAD Presence.
On a first connection will grab all the agents contacts from MS Lync and will add/show within AAAD IM/Presence, but not able to search/add new IM Contacts.
The only way i see is to close AAAD and re-open MS Lync and add new contacts, thenclose, open AAAD
Is there another method...or is this work in progress.
Have not seen anything in 6.4 Roadmap.
