CMS R16: "You do not have Read permission for VDN ####"

I'm experiencing the following issue in CMS Supervisor R16.

I have a couple of VDN's in use (7726, 7727 and 7728) which are currently unnamed. When I want to change their names in CMS Supervisor, I get the error message stating "You do not have Read permission for VDN 7726". When I check my permissions in the list I see all our VDN's except those three. I can add them manually, but the error message stays. Strange thing is, in the Site Administration all three VDN's are visible, and the VDN's are currently being used by our service desk as well.

    What's going wrong here?

Go into user permissions and give yourself access to the VDN's. Then you have to log out and back in for it to take effect. You should then be able to update the names in the dictionary.
