I have a question....did a upgrade from CM 3.1.4 and my "max announcements" haven`t increased from 10 to 128....
We however didn`t upgrade the Call Centre part as the customer is moving over to Genesys....
Even though we haven`t upgraded the CC part of CM I would still presume that the announcement boards will increase...
The same with my vector steps....it staid at 32 steps....It looks like Incresed Capacity Configuration needs to be done....BUT WHERE is this...is it on ASD/CM or is it just the "Extra large Memory" option on the web page....?
I cannot think that this will be tied to the CC...cause...let`s say this system was used for Enterprise Telephony with 200 interconnected branches....AVAYA cannot leave the announcements at 10???
