Hello,
we have a trouble with CCT server on installed on Avaya Contact center v7. CCT server was working, then, after CC restart, it suddenly stopped working. There were changes in infrastructure - embedding current network into VLAN - but all changes were on switch. Everything is working fine now except CCT server.
I checked CCT server log file, and I found, that immediately after start if fails on message "Failed to install ContactCenterUserAdditionListener in the CMF". Do you have some idea, what should it mean and how it can be fixed?
