AACC 6.3 Not Ready Codes

Is there a way to allow contact center agents to display the Not Ready code number entered on M3904 display and is it possible to display a Not Ready Timer on phone, similiar to a Call Timer?

You can add the code on a Agent Real Time Display but not on sets
