In the "CDN (Route Point) Statistics Report", why is there always a small difference in the total of offered calls vs. the sum of answered, terminated, and abandoned calls ?? In my case, the sum of the last three categories is almost always a few calls short of the number of offered calls.

Are you running these reports as intervals?
Try running a daily report for yesterday to see if they add up.
A call could be offered in the interval you are reporting on but not yet answered during your reporting period.
Or it could have been offered in the previouse interval and answered or abandoned in the current interval.
