CCE Reports Local Storage Retention

We are currently installing an AVAYA CCE and we would like to know the limitation of the stored reports with regards to SQL Express 2005 and/or local storage. Is there a fixed storage for this (for example hourly is upto 60 days only, daily is 90 days, weekly is 1 year and yearly is 5 years) or a formula for computation?

Hi

The only limitation you have lies withing SQL Express 2005, its limited to 4GB in size per database (log files not counted). No restrictions in how many databases you have though.

There is two databases used for reporting.
ASMSControl, consist mostly of pointers to the real data that is stored in the ASMSData1 database. ASMSData1 will grow depending on your callcenter call/multimedia flow. So a fixed calculation would be impossible.

ASMSData1 can be expanded to ASMSData2 and so on, giving you virtually no limits.
The latest CCE 4.1.2 (SP2) and the latest hotfix for SP2, have some new fixes for this case where you want to expand to a new ASMSData database.
